The helpline is staffed by the CIS trainers Monday through Friday, 8a-4p, excluding holidays. If your call is not answered, leave a message with your question, name and the best way to reach you. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
After hours, the helpline is forwarded to the service desk (7-1111).
